Shipping Information

GERMANY (MAINLAND):

Orders with a net merchandise value of €1,500 or more are delivered free of charge from the factory to the customer’s premises. For orders below this amount, we charge €8.50 per parcel (up to 30 kg).

AUSTRIA & EU MEMBER STATES:

Orders with a net merchandise value of €2,000 or more are delivered free of charge from the factory to the customer’s premises. For orders below this amount, we charge €19.50 per parcel (up to 30 kg).

SWITZERLAND / NON-EU COUNTRIES:

(Deliveries to Switzerland can only be made upon proof that the dealer is registered with Swissmedic as an importer.)

The minimum order value is €2,000 net. Orders with a net merchandise value of €3,000 or more are delivered free of charge to the customer’s premises. For orders below this amount, we charge €55 per parcel (up to 30 kg). Customs clearance costs are €40 per order / DAP.

PRICING:

All prices are ex works and exclude the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).

PAYMENT TERMS:

Domestic customers: Payment is due net within 10 days. Initial deliveries are made against advance payment.

International customers: Delivery against advance payment.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Our General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment also apply. This price list supersedes all previous price lists. We expressly reserve the right to make technical modifications. The stated product dimensions may also vary slightly. Printing errors and other errors excepted.
